Currently we are searching for a Sales Coordinator for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Managing Sales Representative’s weekly and monthly call cycles and activity.
  2. Managing and communicating back order reports, stock requirements, sales orders and any other relevant communication.
  3. Produce detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for all areas of the inland business, including managing sales activity and product sales by inland sales offices and Sales Representatives.
  4. Providing input to Warehouse Supervisor and logistics department with regards to stock requirements and forecasting.
  5. Manage the invoicing and transfer of special order and high value stock for inland sales branches and Sales Representatives.
  6. Monitoring and managing Sales Representative’s demonstration stock demonstration requirements – recon boot stock and Rep demo stock monthly.
  7. Manage write-offs of demo and product samples stock once authorised by GM.
  8. Manage sales resources and pipeline to achieve sales goals.
  9. Attend sales meetings, minute sales meetings and assist in managing item follow up.
  10. Collect market insight and feedback on market requirements.
  11. Coordinate with other Company functions.
  12. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  13. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  14. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  15. Assist in managing Sale Representative’s diaries.
  16. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  17. Ensure that the inland sales branches and teams align with business strategy and meets incremental revenue.
  18. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  19. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  20. Develop monthly sales reports.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
  2. Diploma in Sales/Sales Administration.
  3. Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  4. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
