Description

Currently we are searching for a Project Coordinator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Review and validate all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Manage the digital filing system to ensure all project documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  3. Liaise with field teams to obtain installation progress reports and ensure that these reports are accurate and delivered on time daily.
  4. Assist the Project Manager in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  5. Create and distribute daily reports summarizing project status, issues encountered, and milestones achieved.
  6. Coordinate with stakeholders, including suppliers, field teams, and internal departments, to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Bachelors degree holder.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in digital file management and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
