Currently we are searching for a Project Coordinator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Support in drafting, routing and follow-up of new agreements, contracts, proposals, etc., ensuring timeous and correct approvals.
  2. Assist with the administrative aspects required to establish, implement and maintain project controls.
  3. Draft and distribute meeting documentation.
  4. Facilitate and plan meetings, including booking of venues.
  5. Assist the Manager in preparing quarterly progress reports.
  6. Participate in meetings and capture minutes, actions and resolutions.
  7. Assist with travel bookings for staff members, as required.
  8. Receive project status feedback from stakeholders and record information.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Bachelor degree.
  2. At least three years project administration experience.
  3. Attention to detail, accuracy in work is imperative.
  4. Excellent Planning and organising skill.
  5. Verbal and written communication.
  6. Highly competent in using Microsoft software.
