Currently we are searching for an Office Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Manage general administration.
  2. Issue furniture packing lists to the warehouse team and ensure timely and accurate execution, working with the Operations and Logistics department
  3. Compile d├ęcor and furniture packing lists in Microsoft Excel for events.
  4. Assist management with the logistics (staff, crew, transport etc.) required to convert orders into successful events, including the relevant paperwork.
  5. Maintain contact lists (suppliers and clients).
  6. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  7. Capture staff overtime spreadsheets.
  8. Manage office supplies and gifting.
  9. Manage staff documentation such as work permits, visas, leave application forms, letters of appointment etc.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Additional relevant tertiary qualification will be a plus.
  3. Previous work experience in an administrative role.
  4. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and busy environment.
  5. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
  6. Excellent people skills with a love for people.
  7. Knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
