Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answer phones, greet guests, and manage front door access.
  2. Reconcile and manage office running costs and budgets.
  3. Manage office access control, parking allocation, and logistics.
  4. Run office errands, which may require driving to meetings, company events, or collecting hardware.
  5. Monitor, order, and purchase hardware, office, and cleaning supplies.
  6. Manage hotdesk setup and allocation.
  7. Oversee office repairs and maintenance.
  8. Assist with filing office paperwork.
  9. Coordinate hardware maintenance and returns logistics.
  10. Organize meetings, make travel arrangements, and reconcile travel costs.
  11. Assisting the Marketing Team with arranging staff events.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  2. Previous experience in office administration.
  3. Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented.
  4. Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  5. Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  6. Flexibility and a methodical approach to work.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
