Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Maintaining and capturing of information and documents both electronically and in hard copy.
  2. Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls.
  3. Typing up of minutes and other correspondence as required by the team
  4. Taking minutes at team meetings or when called upon to do so.
  5. Assist with arranging meetings and appointments.
  6. Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies.
  7. Attending to filing and paperwork in the office – neatly, in order and always easily accessible when needed.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Grade 12 (Matric) and preferably a tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree).
  2. Minimum of 1 year working experience.
  3. Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  4. be able to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment.
  5. Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
