Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Maintaining and capturing of information and documents both electronically and in hard copy.
- Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls.
- Typing up of minutes and other correspondence as required by the team
- Taking minutes at team meetings or when called upon to do so.
- Assist with arranging meetings and appointments.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Attending to filing and paperwork in the office – neatly, in order and always easily accessible when needed.
Requirements of this Post:
- Grade 12 (Matric) and preferably a tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree).
- Minimum of 1 year working experience.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- be able to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
