Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answer phones, greet guests, and manage front door access.
  2. Reconcile and manage office running costs and budgets.
  3. Run office errands, which may require driving to meetings, company events, or collecting hardware.
  4. Manage office access control, parking allocation, and logistics.
  5. Monitor, order, and purchase hardware, office, and cleaning supplies.
  6. Manage hotdesk setup and allocation.
  7. Oversee office repairs and maintenance.
  8. Assist with filing office paperwork.
  9. Coordinate hardware maintenance and returns logistics.
  10. Organize meetings, make travel arrangements, and reconcile travel costs.
  11. Support New Starter onboarding administration.
  12. Assist the Marketing Team with arranging staff events.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
  3. Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  4. Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  5. Flexibility and a methodical approach to work.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to set and achieve deadlines and provide regular progress updates.
  8. Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented.
  9. Initiative and proactivity towards daily tasks.
