Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  2. Managing cleaning of office space.
  3. Organising and maintaining of general office areas.
  4. Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and security.
  5. Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises.
  6. Manage any office renovations/improvements.
  7. Maintaining general office supplies to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures, while supporting the budget parameters of the company.
  8. Management of boardroom facilities.
  9. Maintain great client and supplier relations.
  10. Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and planning refreshments.
  11. Management of office parking.
  12. Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering.
  13. Preparing proposals and presentations as needed.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. At least 3 years’ experience as an Office Administrator.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Dynamic, hard-working, pleasant personality, self-disciplined & self-motivated.
