Currently we are searching for a Logistics Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
  2. Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
  3. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
  4. Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
  5. Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
  6. Respond to any issues or complaints.
  7. Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
  8. Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
  9. Evaluate budgets and expenditures.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
  4. Good supervising skill.
  5. Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
