Currently we are searching for a HR Generalist for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Drive the recruitment processes and manage the Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit and retain exceptional talent.
- Help create an engaging environment that fosters our company values and culture.
- Manage and fine tune the onboarding program for all new recruits.
- Maintain HR documentation and administration according to policy and legal requirements.
- Support senior managers in the performance management processes.
- Support Management and Team leaders with disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Manage internal training and maintain training material for inhouse training and ensure internal knowledge base is up to date and relevant.
- Oversee office related maintenance and improvements.
Requirements of this Post:
- Relevant degree.
- Two to three years work experience as a HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
