Currently we are searching for a Customer Service Specialist for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answer incoming calls within prescribed time frame.
  2. Log all calls as prescribed by company policies and procedures.
  3. Handle all enquiries professionally and as efficiently as possible.
  4. Utilise the system correctly and accurately.
  5. Extract and capture accurate information from the caller.
  6. Work well as part of a team.
  7. Respond to email enquiries timeously and effectively.
  8. Promote the reputation of both company and the relevant client on each and every call.
  9. Project a friendly, pleasant demeanor both internally and externally.
  10. Ensure that the correct suppliers are utilised per request.
  11. Source requests as prescribed by company policies and procedures.
  12. Capture the correct responses as prompted on the system.
  13. Ensure that any compliments received are communicated to the relevant agent and team manager.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Fully computer literate in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
  3. Excellent knowledge and usage of the internet.
  4. Strong general and product knowledge.
  5. Exceptional business and people skills.
  6. Strong team abilities.
  7. Competent time management skills
  8. Innovative thinking and ability to follow process.
  9. Customer service experience/ background knowledge.
