Responsibilities of this Post:
- Answer incoming calls within prescribed time frame.
- Log all calls as prescribed by company policies and procedures.
- Handle all enquiries professionally and as efficiently as possible.
- Utilise the system correctly and accurately.
- Extract and capture accurate information from the caller.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Respond to email enquiries timeously and effectively.
- Promote the reputation of both company and the relevant client on each and every call.
- Project a friendly, pleasant demeanor both internally and externally.
- Ensure that the correct suppliers are utilised per request.
- Source requests as prescribed by company policies and procedures.
- Capture the correct responses as prompted on the system.
- Ensure that any compliments received are communicated to the relevant agent and team manager.
Requirements of this Post:
- Fully computer literate in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
- Excellent knowledge and usage of the internet.
- Strong general and product knowledge.
- Exceptional business and people skills.
