Responsibilities of this Post:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Requirements of this Post:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in customer service will be advantageous.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite of applications.
- Must be able to prioritise and work to deadlines without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
