Currently we are searching for a Customer service representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  7. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Grade 12
  2. Previous experience in customer service will be advantageous.
  3. Proficient in the MS Office suite of applications.
  4. Must be able to prioritise and work to deadlines without constant supervision.
  5. Excellent communication, written and verbal.
