Currently we are searching for a Customer Service Representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answer chats, calls and respond to social media queries & emails.
  2. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  3. Research required information using available resources.
  4. Provide customers with product and service information.
  5. Enter and update customer information into system.
  6. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues.
  8. Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management.
  9. Follow company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately.
  10. Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication.
  11. Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  12. Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Grade 12.
  2. Previous customer service experience advantageous.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  4. Dynamic, hard-working, pleasant personality, self-disciplined & self-motivated.
