Currently we are searching for a Customer Service representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answering of inbound calls.
  2. Respond to client’s emails and calls and identify the client’s needs.
  3. Know and understand the product in order to provide the caller with clear information and solutions.
  4. Response efficiently and accordingly to the stakeholders needs making the stakeholder feel valued and supported after the call.
  5. Adhering to all client services guidelines and procedures.
  6. Assessing a situation with an irate caller and ask for assistance from the Team Leader.
  7. Keep record of all conversations in a comprehensive way according to the standard operating procedures on the relevant systems.
  8. Building lasting relationship with clients based on trust and reliability.
  9. Accurately listen to the caller. Engage and actively listen to the stakeholder by confirming what they are presenting you with.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
  2. Previous experience as a Customer service representative.
  3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  4. Computer literacy.
  5. Knowledge of client service practices and principles.
