Currently we are searching for a Customer Care Team Leader for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Overseeing and managing team members effectively.
  2. Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring timely completion.
  3. Handling customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
  4. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  5. Mediating and resolving conflicts within the team or with customers.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Monitor customer service representatives’ performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  8. Train and onboard new customer service representatives.
  9. Analyse customer service trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Bachelor degree.
  2. Four years experience in the similar role.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  5. Exceptional planning and organising skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Attention to detail.
