Currently we are searching for a Call Centre Agent for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Providing information, assistance, and solutions to customer inquiries.
  4. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  5. Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric with two years Call Centre experience.
  2. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
