Currently we are searching for a Call Centre Agent for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Providing information, assistance, and solutions to customer inquiries.
  3. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system.
  5. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric with two years Call Centre experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  4. Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
