Currently we are searching for a Call center supervisor for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's.
  2. Build and develop existing client base.
  3. Build and develop new potential business.
  4. Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
  5. Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
  6. Gather market related information, including opposition pricing and new product developments.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Bachelor degree.
  2. At least three years Call Center management experience.
  3. Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers.
  4. Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
