Currently we are searching for a Call center supervisor for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's.
- Build and develop existing client base.
- Build and develop new potential business.
- Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Gather market related information, including opposition pricing and new product developments.
Requirements of this Post:
- Bachelor degree.
- At least three years Call Center management experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers.
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
