Currently we are searching for a Call center Agent for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
  2. Process orders, forms, and application
  3. Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  4. Management and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Route calls to appropriate resources
  6. Research required information using available resources.
  7. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
  8. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  9. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  10. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  3. Two years of experience in a call center environment.
  4. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  5. Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
