Currently we are searching for a Call center Agent for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Answer calls and respond to emails by logging the requests.
- Enter new customer information into system
- Handle customer enquiries both over the phone and by email.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Update existing customer information.
- Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Requirements of this Post:
- Grade 12.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
