Currently we are searching for an Admin Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Collect and process data efficiently.
  2. Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels – both quantity and quality thereof.
  3. Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and manage procurement processes.
  4. Place orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  5. Maintain accurate records in both hard copy and digital formats.
  6. Ensure efficient management of administrative activities to optimize resource utilization, productivity, and profitability.
  7. Oversee human resource matters, including salary calculations and personnel record-keeping.
  8. Facilitate professional communication between suppliers and clients.
  9. Record and track purchases, maintenance, and service schedules for vehicles, machinery, and implements.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Three years experience in the administration field.
  3. Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
