Currently we are searching for an Admin Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Typing, preparing reports, and daily admin tasks.
  2. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  3. Capturing or processing bills or expenses and invoicing.
  4. Liaising with relevant organisations and clients.
  5. Booking venues, flight etc and managing logistics.
  6. Co-ordinating orders and deliveries of goods across for various e-commerce platforms.
  7. Assisting the MD (when in office) with all business-related office tasks requiring completion, alternatively assisting the Ops Manager.
  8. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Three years experience in the similar position.
  3. Good communication skills in English.
  4. Computer literate on MS Office.
  5. A good team player.
  6. Professional Etiquette.
