Currently we are searching for an Admin Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Typing, preparing reports, and daily admin tasks.
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
- Capturing or processing bills or expenses and invoicing.
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients.
- Booking venues, flight etc and managing logistics.
- Co-ordinating orders and deliveries of goods across for various e-commerce platforms.
- Assisting the MD (when in office) with all business-related office tasks requiring completion, alternatively assisting the Ops Manager.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Requirements of this Post:
- Matric.
- Three years experience in the similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Computer literate on MS Office.
- A good team player.
- Professional Etiquette.
