Currently we are searching for an Admin Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Collect and process data efficiently.
  2. Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and manage procurement processes.
  3. Maintain accurate records in both hard copy and digital formats.
  4. Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels – both quantity and quality thereof.
  5. Place orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  6. Oversee human resource matters, including salary calculations and personnel record-keeping.
  7. Record and track purchases, maintenance, and service schedules for vehicles, machinery, and implements.
  8. Ensure efficient management of administrative activities to optimize resource utilization, productivity, and profitability.
  9. Facilitate professional communication between suppliers and clients.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Prior experience in the administration field.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  4. Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong MS Excel skills.
